Fibre Network Construction Supervisor (FTTP / Civil Telco)
Supervise civil and optical fibre construction teams, civil subcontractors, and quality assurance for major FTTP upgrades in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Oversee daily civil hauling, directional drilling, and fibre splicing operations.
- Enforce site safety, traffic management compliance, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with client inspectors and resolve site-level engineering variations.
- Conduct quality audits and review as-built documentation and OTDR trace test reports.
Candidate Requirements & Vetting Criteria
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in telecommunications civil or optical fibre construction.
- Strong understanding of NBN architecture, DBYD, and civil permit procedures.
- Current White Card, Working in Vicinity of Powerlines, and manual C-class driver's licence.
- Proven safety leadership and subcontractor management capability.
