• Direct reference check feedback from previous supervisors and line managers.
• Professional registration records (e.g. CA/CPA Australia, AHPRA, CCIE).
• Employer hiring requirements, company contact details, and remuneration benchmarks.

3. How Candidate Information is Used & Shared

We maintain a strict policy of explicit consent. A candidate's curriculum vitae or identifying information will never be disclosed or transmitted to any prospective client organisation without prior discussion with the candidate and their affirmative authorization.

4. Data Storage and Security

All electronic records are held within secure, encrypted cloud data environments adhering to Australian ISO/IEC 27001 data governance standards. Access is restricted strictly to authorized recruitment and payroll staff.
