Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, statutory financial statements, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with AASB / IFRS standards and manage year-end audit requirements.
  • Prepare and lodge monthly BAS, GST, FBT, and payroll tax returns.
  • Partner with FP&A and business unit managers to deliver variance commentary and cash flow models.

Candidate Requirements & Vetting Criteria

  • Full CA or CPA qualification (mandatory).
  • Minimum 4 years of financial accounting experience, either from mid-tier/Big 4 audit or a commercial organisation.
  • Strong proficiency in modern ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
